These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of drengrrecoverysolutions.com and the services offered by Drengr Recovery Solutions LLC ("Drengr," "we," "us"). By using this site or submitting a claim review request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Drengr researches public records to identify surplus funds (excess proceeds) that may be owed to former property owners or heirs following foreclosure or tax sales, and assists claimants in recovering those funds. A submitted claim review request is not a contract for recovery services; recovery services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
2. Not a Law Firm
Drengr Recovery Solutions LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where legal representation is required by a court or jurisdiction, we coordinate with licensed attorneys. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. No Guarantee of Recovery
Claim eligibility, timelines, and amounts depend on state law, county procedures, competing claims, and court decisions. We make no guarantee that funds exist or will be recovered in any particular case. Statistics on this site reflect general industry conditions, not promises of individual outcomes.
4. Contingency Structure
Where we agree to pursue a claim, our fee is contingent on successful recovery as set out in a signed agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, you owe nothing if no funds are recovered. Some states cap or regulate recovery fees; where such laws apply, our agreements conform to them.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Business identity & message types. Drengr Recovery Solutions LLC provides surplus funds (excess proceeds) recovery services. When you opt in, you may receive two categories of text messages from us: (1) marketing messages about our services, and (2) non-marketing messages about your claim review status and related account updates. You choose which categories to receive using the separate consent checkboxes on our form, and we send only the categories you select.
Opt-out & support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (949) 331-8520. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages that vary in frequency based on your claim review and account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Your Representations
You represent that information you submit is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that any phone number you provide for SMS is your own or one you are authorized to enroll.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and logos are the property of Drengr Recovery Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drengr's total liability arising from use of this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to obligations under a signed recovery agreement, which contains its own terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute arising from these Terms lies in Orange County, California.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
